After visiting family in Northern Idaho for a many years, my wife and I were drawn to Sandpoint. Moving from the mountains of Oregon with high expectation, we have not been disappointed, Northern Idaho offers the dream.

No intrusive questions about needing an agent or, what was I looking for, or can I call you, nothing, just an answer to the question I asked. No sales pitch! I appreciated that, so when things got serious (several months later), my first call was Jiwan.

Jiwan Ripley was outstanding. His performance went above and beyond and that’s what I needed to close a deal. He was the only agent that ever sent me listings prior to my panhandle visit and the only one that got what I was looking for. He was friendly, accommodating, generous, professional and packed with local real estate area knowledge. My wife thinks he is the bomb diggity (the best). I doubt any other agent could have sold me a house. If I was the CEO at C21, I would pick Jiwan to train my other agents and at the very least make him an area manager.
